I've spent 15+ years in design — the first decade as an Art Director for brands like Banco do Brasil, Nestlé, and Ambev; since 2019, as a Product Designer, most recently at Contabilizei, Brazil's largest online accounting platform.

Along the way, I found my specialty: products in domains people find intimidating. Banking, taxes, pregnancy — the moments when someone opens an app already anxious. That's where design earns its keep.

I work end-to-end — research, flows, UI, microcopy, design QA — and I measure success by what stops happening: support calls, abandoned forms, second-guessing.
